Kait Masters retains all rights to all artwork displayed and sold including originals, prints, and commissioned work. She retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector/buyer has purchased the full or partial rights to the work in addition to purchasing the original. 

The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in anyway without written permission. When you purchase an original or print, you have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit without express written permission. 

Affiliates
The website uses affiliate links to sell certain products or services. We disclaim any and all liability as a result of your purchase through one of these links. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you when and where we have placed affiliate links in addition to this disclaimer located in these Terms & Conditions. You accept express liability for any and all consequences or benefits of clicking the affiliate links contained on the Websites or related communications.

Termination
If at any time we feel you have violated these Terms and Conditions, then we shall immediately terminate your use of our website and any related communications as we deem appropriate.
